B2B Inside Sales Manager

Job Description:

Qualifications:

Compensation:

Client Success Specialist

eatNgage is searching for a Client Success Specialist, preferably with at least one year of relevant experience. In this position, the responsibilities include, but are not limited to: onboarding new clients, assisting the sales efforts in identifying needs within existing clients, providing tech/feature support to clients on the eatNgage proprietary service platform, as well as customer-facing needs (answering incoming calls, chats), and daily support of Operations objectives.

Software Product Manager

eatNgage is searching for an experienced Software Product Manager to help develop and manage successful relationships with strategic partners and systems integrators, driving revenue through these partnerships. The Software Product Manager will be responsible for developing new partnership opportunities with OEMs, as well as managing and expanding existing relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Leveraging alliances and OEM relationships with target companies.
  • Improving existing features and creating new products in the online dining space based on customer feedback and market conditions.
  • Working with sales and solution engineers around technical requirements and integrations.
  • Driving internal and external awareness of the product value proposition.
  • Working with the sales and marketing teams to define and evolve the go-to-market strategy.

Qualifications:

Business Development Manager

eatNgage is seeking a Business Development Manager in Houston to work onsite for a premier tech company. If you have Business Development and SaaS experience, please read on.

You will be on the frontlines introducing businesses to our unique platform while developing and testing new partner engagement strategies.   The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to think strategically and analytically about business and product opportunities and a demonstrated track record of negotiating, executing, and managing high-value partnerships.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and prioritize strategic partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key partners that fit into our go-to-market strategy.
  • Envision new ways that partnerships can positively impact core business objectives.
  • Support the partnership from relationship building and due diligence, contract negotiations, all the way through post-contract sign integration and expansion.
