Host Support

How can we help?

Check out our FAQ or submit your question via the contact form below. Or during business hours, live chat with us or call us at 713.429.4757.

If you would like to get started with an eatNgage account, please schedule a demo.

You can customize your layout by inputting your own custom text, company logo, as well as custom video content on your EatNgage Event.

There are two types of eatNgage invitation links, to accommodate a range of uses. One is the “Guest List” to validate anyone trying to select a meal. The Guest must enter their email which is then compared to a list uploaded by the host. This link allows only specified individuals to select a meal. The second type is an “Open Event Link”, allowing anyone accessing the link to select a meal. Hosts can use this option to cast a wide net for new prospects via a marketing effort, not knowing the specific individuals who may attend in advance. With this link we encourage setting a max number of allowed Guests to cap the budget spent.

Watch the video below for a tutorial on how to upload your Guest List.

Once you have created your event, you will be given a specific link to send to your attendees. Many clients send this out via email, place it within a registration page, or promote it in their social media efforts.
After you finish creating your event, a link will automatically be generated and given to you. Please remember to activate your event under the event’s tab on your account dashboard, before you send out the link to your attendees. Once the event is activated, your guests will be able to order using the link.
Your event link is fully integrable and works with any email, event calendar or marketing automation software you use. Once your guest receives your link, they can follow it to place their food order.
Please contact our Sales team on the form below to discuss options for adding additional users to your eatNgage account.
Food orders can be made up to 2 hours before the event and eCards can be ordered up to 1 hour before the event.
Our system sets the food options and event time based on your guest’s location. When you set the time of your event, make sure that you enter your time zone information to avoid any related errors in delivery.
Yes! When you create your event you can set how many people your guests can invite themselves. Our clients encourage this, finding that guests invite their managers and VIPs allowing you to reach higher decision makers in the organization.
The date and time of your event will determine what food is available for delivery. For example, a meeting at 10 AM will have different options than one at 5 PM. By letting us know, our system can give your guests the best delivery options.

If you need to cancel your event, you can do so on your event dashboard page. You can cancel your event up until 6 hours before your start time.

You can set budgets for meals and an optional restaurant eCard. For more information on the meal budget, please submit your question via the contact form below.
